The indoor pool availability is a fantastic feature.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was frustratingly slow. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns, leading to delays that marred our overall experience. Additionally, the room I was given was not cleaned, forcing me to return to the front desk to address this oversight.

horrendous staff

billing issues

i had the absolute worst experience at this hotel. first, the staff ran my card 8 times like they were trying to steal my money. then the manager had the nerve to threaten us over a harmless word in the lobby. i honestly expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, nothing. just couldn't give a good review, sorry!

The hotel has a modern and appealing decor, which added to our overall positive atmosphere. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and the comfortable beds made our nights restful. Plus, we loved the pool table in the lounge area—it provided great entertainment during our downtime, making it perfect for friends looking to unwind after a night out.

It would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room for late-night snacks.

The room was super cozy, and I loved how the TV greeted us by name—it was a fun surprise! We enjoyed relaxing by the indoor pool and playing on the pool table in the lounge area. Only thing was it could use a little more lighting in the hallways, but overall a great stay! 😊
